7 LinkedIn Outreach Strategies That Actually Book Calls
What still works in outbound when everyone's inbox is full.

Start With Segment, Not Script
The single biggest lift in reply rate almost never comes from a clever opening line. It comes from writing to a segment narrow enough that the message could only have been written for them.
If your message would make sense sent to two different industries, it is not specific enough to earn a reply.
Earn the Second Message
The first message exists to get the second one read. Keep it short, make one clear point of relevance, and do not ask for thirty minutes before you have earned three seconds.
- Reference something specific and verifiable
- Lead with the problem, not the service
- Ask a question they can answer in one line
- Never open with a calendar link
Coordinate Channels
LinkedIn and email should be one sequence per prospect, not two campaigns running blind to each other. Coordinated touches convert substantially better than the same volume sent independently.
