We set KPIs at the start of every engagement and report against them monthly. Every client gets a performance report covering the metrics that matter — not vanity metrics. We're transparent about what's working and what needs adjusting. If something isn't performing, we say so and fix it.
Project work has no ongoing commitment. Monthly retainers typically have a 3-month minimum to allow time to see real results — then roll monthly. We don't tie clients into long contracts because we'd rather earn your continued business through results, not legal obligation.
